Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a FORGE account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you are using FORGE on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all tools, ideas, and content you upload to FORGE. By publishing content you grant FORGE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and distribute any content you post.

3. Revenue Split

Builders who sell tools through FORGE receive 80% of each transaction. FORGE retains a 20% platform fee, which may be revised in the future with reasonable notice to active builders. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. FORGE does not guarantee any particular earnings.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload tools or content that: infringe intellectual property rights; contain malware or malicious code; are designed to deceive or defraud users; violate any applicable law or regulation; or contain explicit adult content.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Pro, Builder) are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Termination

FORGE may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer

FORGE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the content or behavior of third-party tools hosted on the platform. Use tools at your own risk.
